The Muslim Brotherhood s the largest political opposition organization in many Arab states. Its origin stems from Egypt in the mid thirties and the organization's membership mushroomed to over two million by the end of World War II.

With the exit of dictators like Mubarak and perhaps Gaddafi, there is every chance that they will be replaced by Islamic governments that may not toe the American line. America is thus faced with a no win situation.
