What are Wikinut Points?
I define Wikinut Points as the first award in term of nutpoints (aside from the different wikinut badges) awarded to anyone who explores and registers to Wikinut Community for the purpose of sharing his/her talents to other Wikinutters and other stuff to Internet, 3Ws and to the people around the World through this website - http://www.wikinut.com/.
How to Earn Wikinut Points?
The moment a person registers at http://www.wikinut.com/ and after his initial registration, he will receive his initial nutpoints and those points will increase as he goes further by publishing his articles pages. The more articles he writes, the more articles he will publish and more nutpoints he will receive.
In addition to them, he will receive more nutpoints by inviting friends. If his invited friends have registered to Wikinut community, he will receive bigger nutpoints equals to 50 nutpoints for an individual who successfully registered. The more invitations he will send off to friends, the more nutpoints he will be expecting to earn.
Other Sources to Earn Wikinut Points
Aside from the initial registration, publishing pages and inviting friends to join to our Wikinut Community, there are other sources to earn Nutpoints.
(1) Our daily visit to our Wikinut Community is equals to 1 nutpoint.
(2) When someone follows you - the nutpoints you will receive is equals to 5 nutpoints.
(3) When someone visits your page article and left a comment - the nutpoints you will receive is equals to 2 nutpoints.
And in return you will also give back those points to those who follow you and to those who leave comments to your articles.
(I decided not to include here the Nutpoints earned from moderating articles - they are additional nutpoints received by moderators from moderating the artilces before publishing them.)
What Our Wikinut Points Tell About Us?
Our Wikinut Points tell about our overall standing in our community through the different activities we do everyday or everytime we visit the site. They are the result of all of our hardworks we bestowed in our community.
Spreading our wings by visiting other Wikinutters pages and commenting on their articles will result to increasing traffics, views and increasing both of our Wikinut earnings.
Also our Wikinut Points tell us - how we are friendly wikinutters, how far we socialize with other wikinutters, how far we care other Wikinutters, how happily we welcome and supports the newbies.

I like that you added about supporting newbies. Sometimes older users forget that others need our support.
How lonely it must be to write an article or two... and never get any comments.
A great way to earn some nutpoints!

As you can tell, I am a bit behind on reading articles. Good read my friend and I do think we all need to support each other.
What helps others, also in turn helps us all in the end.
Congrats on the star page.
