It took me some months to prove that what I had first published at Wikinut could also be published at Triond site without experiencing any annoying rejections. Yes. I had done it. Stay tuned to get the idea.
- Triond does not accept duplicated articles
- For me rejections are no longer problem
- Six original articles first published at Wikinut also published at Triond
- Rewriting an article is the hardest part
- If you are the author - you are like God
Triond does not accept duplicated articles
That is very true. And some of you who are also contributing articles to Triond site can justify it that Triond rejects duplicated articles that were already published on other sites that you - yourself has authored them. And the normal message you will receive from Triond can be read as "You have submitted duplicate content. We have found identical content already published online. You can only submit original content that has never before been published in whole or in part on the Internet. This includes duplicate items that you yourself have authored."
For me rejections are no longer problem
Yes. I said it. Because I faced them and treated them as learning phases. Rejections actually help writers in many ways. Just treat them positively - they will help you improve your writing capabilities.
My first year at Triond site has recorded at least 35 rejected articles. But out of 35 rejected articles - there were 33 articles already published after I revised them for many times. With those revisions I made I always had included those links where Triond found the duplicate content - that according to them already published in whole or in part on the Internet.
Six original articles first published at Wikinut also published at Triond
If you happened to read the below articles - they are six and were first published at Wikinut. They are proofs that Wikinut was the first site published those articles and when I brought them to Triond site it took only for few seconds and they were also accepted for publication.
- Sizzling Butt - poetry first published at Wikinut on July 29, 2010
- Internet Could be a Den of Crimes - personal experiences first published at Wikinut on August 1, 2010
- Venomous Snake is a Wonderful Pet - puzzles and brain teasers first published at Wikinut on August 3, 2010
- An Early Ramdan Gift - personal experiences first published at Wikinut on August 7, 2010
- Five Haiku for Mother Nature - poetry first published at Wikinut on November 6, 2010
- and The Tree with Thousands Uses - nature/plants first published at Wikinut on August 9, 2010
Rewriting an article is the hardest part
No writer will deny this. It is the hardest part of a writer to revise the whole finished article if his intention is to offer it again to other paying sites. And this happened to me last August 2011 when I offered the six original first published articles at Wikinut to Triond site, I found it interesting and from doing it, I learned that there are other six ways how to write article based from the first original published article. However, I will not discuss them with this article - that could be my next article after I finished my research.
Back to my topic - before I offered the six articles to Triond site, I revised first the following:
- I changed the title
- I changed the summary
- I made some light revisions for the article body by cutting and adding some text
Here are the titles I used for the following articles although before I finalized them I first googled them to make sure that they are not yet used by other writers such as:
- Sizzling Butt was changed to The Smoke of Controversy: A Food for Thought published on August 23, 2011.
- Internet Could be a Den of Crimes was changed to They Punched Me With Their Pretty Sweet Approaches published on August 7, 2011.
- Venomous Snake is a Wonderful Pet was changed to What Kind of Snake That Attack Mostly on Women published on August 18, 2011.
- An Early Ramdan Gift was changed to Ramadan Reminds Me About a Tragedy published on August 3, 2011.
- Five Haiku for Mother Nature was changed to The Easiest Form of Poetry to Write:Haiku published on August 17, 2011.
- and The Tree With Thousands Uses was changed to What You Know About Coconut published on August 9, 2011.
If you are the author - you are like God
You can create a world of your choice - a world that no-one can change it but by yourself. A world where to house of your other creations. You will design it and color it with life. When you write a story, article and other write-ups. At anytime, if you wished it - you can rewrite and revise them into other approach and styles. In other words, you control everything what has been created by yourself.

Welcome kab Buzz. Thank you too.
By the way, after three hours this article was published at Wikinut, I again rewrote this with the link of this article you commented and offered to Triond. Luckily it was approved too with the new title: Pruelpo Found Proofs That Triond is Also Accepting Articles First Published on Other Sites
I included the link: Read more: http://writinghood.com/writing/pruelpo-found-proofs-that-triond-is-also-accepting-articles-first-published-on-other-sites/#ixzz1YyL86FT9
It is now a hot topic for discussion at triond.
This is also a proof that Wikinut is a site that caters originals articles too from writers around the world - not only accepting articles already published on other sites.

When Triond changed to an automated system, an article was rejected in which you quoted the authority would be rejected for 'being too like' the
article you quoted.
You can read that again, but the fact is, if you were to take a paragraph or definition, set it in quotes, admit that it was taken from the New York Times, or Wikipedia, it would be rejected for being 'too like..' the article from the New York Times or Wikipedia.
The automated system was tweaked to the point that right now it is virtually non-existent.
I no longer have articles rejected where I include quotes or authorities.
What you have written here is the method I have always used when resubmitting; that is a different title, and for me often a reworking of focus, a few light changes, as you mentioned, and a different summary.

Thank you Kaylar for sharing them here - yes they are effective. In my case, if I wrote article based from research I usually used this phrase "According to Wikipedia or other encyclopedias..." or I will write "Wikipedia describes...so and so". See you around again.

I have reached the stage with TRiond that I don't even bother give authorities, If attacked, I put them in the comment. In fact, in some cases, the first comment is mine, in which I specify the authorities.

Thank you Ms. Carol for sharing it here. Almost all of Triond writers have experienced the same especially now Triond is busy cleaning their own backyards.
If you were at Triond try to visit to some of your old published articles - then send them off to stumbleupon.

I have never had any trouble posting same articles here or there. I do post them simultaneously and by the time they get reviewed here they are already posted there. Of course getting traffic at Triond is like pulling teeth. Mostly I think because they don't have short link feature. If I could get the traffic there that I get here, I could buy a treat. I will try the stumble upon thing, thanks.

Dude Robb - Ok I might try it too. Good suggestion.
Agree maximize using stumbleupon but avoid sharing articles on stumbleupon that are published at webupon - SU will reject them. Thanks again.
