~I Miss You~

I miss the part where you came in, the first embrace of stranger’s skin. I miss it like a fresh new sin ‘til we begin to begin again. With eyes closed tight against the rain, I face the path, before you came. I feel compelled to make your name, kindred spirit, eternal flame.

I miss you, lady, sometimes I do, to have to miss, which is true. The most beautiful woman I knew is a pale circus when compared to you.

That's what I call the heart of a man. Beautiful stuff. I hope she read it and tomorrow you'll be feeling the tenderness of each other's skin and whispering, "Happy Valentine"
