~In Light of Time~

Doing seems less important yet do we hunger to do that which we have not, endeavor to see past and through that which stands before us, to seek, perhaps, accolades, the approval of strangers.

There is no wasting of time, that singular precious gift, no expectation of thanks as we live, it whittles away, no guilt attached yet do we squander our days outside ourselves.

The realm of gainful employment demands that we overproduce, aspire to the shared collective, a projected prosperity predicated upon contractual need, nobility measured in dollars, spirit, a trivial sense.

Yet may we choose what we do, sometimes feed the other hunger, see that which we are not, embrace our immediate surround, those close when our hearts decide to reintroduce themselves to loved ones become strangers.

Time stands outside us, patient in and of itself may only afford to wait, does lead us in its way, a host of voices each we are born to hear our own, listen to the song inside.

We are bound to survive, do what it takes to do so, earn enough and learn enough to know when enough is enough. Remember at times the important stride is into self, spirituality, a long shadow.

Make each day a moment to dream, embrace the creativity of which you are made which invites you to dream. We are creatures of will, our lives a series of choices. Tender time and know it well.
