Where I would learn to live and hang them on the wall, these faces on the stage before the curtain call.

~Masque Malaysia~

What I desire so
a masque without a face
the cloak of destiny
wrapped around this place
the perfect seeing glass
for all I come to know
a masque without a face
what I desire so

What I would strive to see
a face without a masque
a garment tossed aside
is all that I would ask
a pillow for your head
somewhere inside of me
a face without a masque
what I would strive to see

Where I would learn to live
and hang them on the wall
these faces on the stage
before the curtain call
a new voice in the choir
some tender-bit to give
and hang them on the wall
where I would choose to live
