~the path home is an enigma~so clear as to be confusing~we take the word home for granted when we are there~torture our spirits with it when away~unlike other destinations~it is always there~just there, sacrosanct~
~What Is Good In Us~
There is no hope or aspiration so highly kept and placed as parenthood. Much more than sustaining,
it is uplifting, a true instance of what Nietzsche wrote: “Standing upon one’s own shoulders.” Through my children’s lives I have seen the more of me, the “what is good” of me. In the lives of my children’s children I have seen the more of them, the “what is good” in us. Upon my sweet mother’s life I swear and I learned, there is no end to us. Our cradle of family is fine. It confirms and regenerates the all, “what is good in us.” I very nearly broke my own heart a year ago in my going and can only mend it by returning.
I never want to have to go home again because I am already there. I never want to leave home again.

Very homecoming ideas that are always good from time to time.
