Writing acrostics is fun.
I wrote two acrostics on ABSTINENCE with a difference.
The other two acrostics are simple ones.

Are they conveying the message of the theme words?

Acrostic on ABSTINENCE : 1

Alcohol was everything for me,
and without it my life was miserable.

But before I realized that it's dangerous
I lost my health and peace of mind.

Somehow I made up my mind
and I wanted to abstain from this deadly addiction.

Teetotaler I have become now,
with great difficulty, after many trials of abstinence.

I am proud of my strong will power
and unflinching self confidence.

Nobody, in the past, with such an addiction
would have revived.

Ever since I stopped alcohol
I gained my health and tasting its wealth.

Never one should be a victim
of such alcohol addiction, I pray.

Certainly anyone can abstain
from bad habits just with their own will power.

Everyone should know this fact
and abstain, for good, from alcohol forever.

Acrostic on ABSTINENCE : 2

Abstaining from any bad habit is good
for your health and the society at large.

Betterment is assured if you shun
those bad temptations and avoid falling a prey.

Sitting with your head down in a worry
will not help but make you down and depressed.

Tighten your fist and promise yourself
that you're going to win and be happy forever.

Imagine the great future that awaits you
with every positive resolution you make.

Never worry about the bad happenings
that made you grief-stricken and broken-hearted.

Elevate your spirits and engage your mind
energizing willingness to quit that bad habit.

No body can stop you if you're determined to
develop your confidence strong enough to combat your weakness.

Certainly, you will win as you grow stronger
and stronger in your positive thinking and commitment.

Enjoy the life thereafter and never yield
for any stress that is bad for you and your folk.

Beautiful piece of work.
I like more the ones that connect line by line but with the quality of your message, that means nothing.

You're one of the brightest stars shining in the Wikinut sky.

Thanks for sharing.

The Abstinence Only is a miracle catch from Wikimedia!
I never thought I would get a photo like this for the word.

This page got a star by this pic, methinks.
