Last year, I heard a lot about NaNoWriMo and thought that people were nuts for participating. This year, however, I am changing my tune.
Taking up the National Novel Writing Month Challenge was great fun. I've written 50,000 words, had them validated on NaNoWriMo and have been flagged as a WINNER. Best thing I've ever done as a writer of fiction.
November is NaNoWriMo or National Novel Writing Month. Reading a short piece by someone who has previously taken on the challenge, I was inspired by her words that I've borrowed for my title.
